Acknowledgement of Country

The Connection Arts Space Gallery is located at 1 Walker Street, Dandenong, on the unceded lands of the Woi-wurrung and Boon Wurrung peoples.

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Custodians and Elders – past, present and emerging, of the Kulin Nation on which we connect and create.

Connection Arts Space recognises Aboriginal connection to material and creative practice on these lands for more than 60,000 years and First Nation peoples’ enduring presence and knowledge.

Why should I volunteer?

  1. Contribute to the arts community in City of Greater Dandenong
  2. Gain real experience in your field
  3. Expand your network of creative people and professionals
  4. Be part of a team that supports each other to be our best selves

Current openings

Connection Arts Space is run by a group of dedicated and passionate volunteers who share a passion for community, and believe in the vision of ‘art for a better world’.

In 2022, we’re excited to continue expanding our organisation with lots of exciting projects in the works – and we’re looking for some more volunteers to help make it all happen!
